In July 2026, John and Julie Finn took the keys from the Fitzgibbon family and opened the next chapter at number 163. After fourteen years at Finns’ Farmcut in Kinsale, they arrived in Youghal with a deep respect for the house and a clear appetite for what comes next.
The local seafood remains. Prime Irish meat now has a bigger place at the table. Around the house, the entrance, breakfast room and bedrooms are being refreshed one thoughtful detail at a time.
